These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Wavro(“Wavro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the website at wavro.io and all related services, tools, and pages (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wavro provides an AI Visibility Audit: an analysis of the publicly accessible HTML at a URL you submit, scored across Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM Optimization (LLMO).
The audit also verifies AI crawler access. We read the site's robots.txt, evaluate its directives for known AI crawler user-agents, and cross-check those rules against real crawler access by requesting the submitted URL using those user-agents. This is how the Service detects blocks applied at a CDN or firewall layer that robots.txt alone would not reveal.
We also operate three free mini tools: the AI Bot Access Checker, Brand Radar, and the Structured Data Generator.
The Service is a readiness audit, not citation monitoring. It does not query ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or any other AI platform to track mentions of your brand on your behalf, and it does not guarantee inclusion, citation, or ranking in any AI search product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and that your use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
3. Authorization to Audit URLs
You agree that you will only submit URLs that:
- Are publicly accessible without authentication; and
- Either belong to you, belong to an organization you are authorized to act for, or are submitted for a lawful purpose such as competitive research, journalism, or academic analysis.
You agree not to submit URLs that you do not have the right to analyze, or whose terms prohibit automated fetching.
4. Acceptable Use
You will not, and will not attempt to:
- Use the Service to abuse, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure (for example, by sending automated, excessive, or denial-of-service-style requests);
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service for the purpose of competing with Wavro or reselling audit results without our written permission;
- Use the Service to violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Submit URLs that point to content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or that contains malware;
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate a person or organization, or falsely imply endorsement by Wavro;
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to investigate and take any action — including rate-limiting, blocking, or terminating access — when we suspect a violation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the audit framework, scoring methodology, code, design, brand, and content (other than user-submitted URLs and audit results derived from your own content), is owned by Wavro and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain all rights to your own website content. Reports generated from audits of your own websites are yours to use, share, and reference. White-labeling, resale, or systematic redistribution of Wavro-branded report assets requires our prior written consent.
6. Free and Paid Services
Single-page audits and the mini tools are free and require no account. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove features at any time.
Full-site audits and implementation support are separate paid engagements, arranged by request. Scope, pricing, deliverables, and payment terms for those engagements are agreed separately in writing and are not governed by these Terms.
Submitting the get-started form is a request for a quote. It is not a purchase, and it does not create a binding order or any obligation on either side until a separate written agreement is in place.
6.1 Changelog subscription
Subscribing to the weekly AI search changelog is optional and is not required to use any part of the Service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Email addresses collected this way are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
Audit scores, check outcomes, and recommendations are informational only. AI search behavior changes rapidly and is influenced by signals beyond on-page HTML. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in any specific AI search outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavro and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event will our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Wavro in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wavro and its affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (i) your use or misuse of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third party's rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service would expose us to legal or security risk. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wavro regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
